Support UNICEF's Response in Ukraine

efter UNICEF USA

After two years of war in Ukraine, children have been separated from their homes, friends, and loved ones, and millions have fled their homes in search of safety, with around 3.7 million internally and around 6 million internationally displaced. In Ukraine, 14.6 million people are in need of humanitarian assistance, including 2.9 million children.

In 2024, UNICEF remains committed to supporting Ukrainian children and families, both within Ukraine and those living in host countries as refugees. In 2024, UNICEF continues to work to ensure safety and wellbeing of children and families impacted, helping over 13,000 people access primary health care; providing 775,463 individuals with safe water; reaching over 236,648 children and caregivers with mental health and psychosocial support; ensuring 273,145 children could access education; and reaching over 1,031 households with children with cash assistance. With continued support from partners, UNICEF will continue providing lifesaving assistance to children and families, including:

--Providing essential supplies through humanitarian convoys
--Delivering health, nutrition, water sanitation and hygiene (WASH) supplies and services
--Child protection assistance
--Provision of education services
--Humanitarian cash through implementing partners
--Capacity building for service providers and partners

With your support, UNICEF will continue to reach Ukrainian children with critical services throughout 2024, alongside government relief and recovery efforts.
