The Salvation Army of Berlin, New Hampshire has been directly serving the people of the community and Coos county since 1915. We aim to meet the immediate needs of the population we serve. Our programs include providing food assistance through our food pantry and community meals, both open to the general public. We offer one on one caseworker services to assist with rent and utility relief. Our newest program is Pathway of Hope. This is a direct case management service in which we encourage clients to develop life skills and support individuals and families find employment, create a budget, and set goals to move towards self-sufficiency. These programs are ongoing, and some facilitated by community volunteers. We are blessed to reach any community member in need and will continue to meet those needs without discrimination.
